Climatological maps of sea surface Chlorophyll-a (mg·m-3) derived from satellite-based optical sensors (MODIS-A) for the Adriatic – Ionian Macroregion provided by EMIS – Environmental Marine Information System (EU-JRC) (http://emis.jrc.ec.europa.eu). The aggregated product is developed by OGS-NODC (http://nodc.ogs.trieste.it/nodc/), based on monthly climatological maps.
